The journey begins

In 2021, our client — who we'll refer to as "Boomerang" for the sake of this case study 😉 — was using Vincere as their primary recruitment software. “We didn’t know any different,” Boomerang's director recalls. After exploring options like Bullhorn, they discovered Loxo during a demo. “It blew my mind,” he says. “We became early adopters in the UK.”

For over two years, the firm utilized Loxo effectively, experiencing significant improvements in their recruitment processes. 

However…

The return to Loxo

Recognizing the mistake, the firm returned to Loxo.

“It’s been a revelation,” the director says. “It’s genuinely like, what were we thinking when we left? All of my consultants are so much happier now.”

  • User-friendly interface: The team appreciates Loxo’s intuitive UI, which “jogs memory” and displays data in a way that enhances productivity.
  • Time-saving features: Loxo’s integration with tools like Ringover — for call logging, call notes, recordings, and summaries — saves the team significant time. The director emphasizes the small but significant “marginal gains” sprinkled throughout Loxo’s entire platform. “There are numerous small improvements that add up to substantial time savings over weeks, months, and years.” 
  • Customization: The ability to customize workflows has improved compliance and user adoption.
  • Superior data quality: For a rec-to-rec firm, personal contact information is crucial. “Hand on heart, Loxo is the most consistent in delivering personal contact details,” the director confirms.

At the end of the day, this says it better than we ever could: 

“I struggle to rationalize why you would use anything other than Loxo unless you’re wanting to spend loads of money on add-ins and everything else,” the director states.

The bottom line

Having experienced multiple platforms, this Boomerang firm is now “settled and very confident” that Loxo is the best available tool.
