In 2021, our client — who we'll refer to as "Boomerang" for the sake of this case study 😉 — was using Vincere as their primary recruitment software. “We didn’t know any different,” Boomerang's director recalls. - Time-saving features: Loxo’s integration with tools like Ringover — for call logging, call notes, recordings, and summaries — saves the team significant time. The director emphasizes the small but significant “marginal gains” sprinkled throughout Loxo’s entire platform. “There are numerous small improvements that add up to substantial time savings over weeks, months, and years.”
- Customization: The ability to customize workflows has improved compliance and user adoption.
- Superior data quality: For a rec-to-rec firm, personal contact information is crucial. “Hand on heart, Loxo is the most consistent in delivering personal contact details,” the director confirms.
At the end of the day, this says it better than we ever could:
“I struggle to rationalize why you would use anything other than Loxo unless you’re wanting to spend loads of money on add-ins and everything else,” the director states.
