How does it work?
When adding a candidate to Loxo, a zip code is automatically added in real time to the contact record based on their listed location.
With this newly added feature, Loxo users now have the ability to conduct more highly targeted searches, improving efficiency and speeding up the time it takes to find your ideal candidate.
To complete a targeted search, Loxo users simply need to provide a zip code and define the preferred search radius. Loxo will then quickly find and return all candidates who reside in your desired geographic location!
