The initial challenge

i4 Search Group is a national permanent placement recruitment firm, specializing in matching Healthcare Heroes with the finest healthcare facilities so they can serve their patients and communities across the United States.

i4 initially implemented a traditional ATS, but the functionality was poor and they wanted technology to be a competitive differentiator for their firm.

Loxo’s flexibility and wide range of integration capabilities was one of the reasons why i4 chose it as their next right step.  Rather than a traditional (read: outdated) ATS,  Loxo’s Talent Intelligence Platform offered them the ability to bring their entire workflow under one roof — even across multiple franchises.

And while their previous recruitment software made looping in other tools a pain, Loxo’s TIP easily integrates with third-party systems.

With dozens of franchises across the country, i4 needed a scalable system that would work with their existing (and future) tech stack. Since then, Loxo has become an integral part of i4 — and the workflow they’ve established through the platform has contributed to the company’s growth.

By the end of 2022, after implementing Loxo, i4 Search Group had doubled its number of franchises, and had 20+ franchisees using Loxo across the country.

Now, they needed a phone partner that would offer them the same level of customization and scalability that Loxo did.

Their initial phone system, similar to their initial ATS, had proven itself to be inadequate. It lacked essential features and scalability, which prompted a search for a more robust communication solution that could integrate seamlessly with Loxo.
