At Green Park, we work with clients to improve their diversity data collection processes and to analyse their end-to-end internal recruitment processes, to ensure they better understand the diversity of their employee profile and to identify if any bias exists within any stage of a candidates journey. When organisations have a good awareness of the demographic makeup of their workforce and talent pipelines, they are in a better position to identify any disproportionality in representation and experience. They can then begin to put in place initiatives and support to enhance candidate and employee experiences in their recruitment processes. For Green Park, diversity has always meant so much more than what is visual and what characteristics may be protected by the Equality Act 2010 in the UK, with this in mind we are seeking to collect the broadest range of components from our candidates to better understand both the visible and invisible aspects of their makeup and their acquired or associated diversity. The data will be held centrally to enable us to report broad diversity profiles across the total candidate pool.
