At Green Park, we work with clients to improve their diversity data collection processes and to analyse their end-to-end internal recruitment processes, to ensure they better understand the diversity of their employee profile and to identify if any bias exists within any stage of a candidates journey. When organisations have a good awareness of the demographic makeup of their workforce and talent pipelines, they are in a better position to identify any disproportionality in representation and experience.
