San Francisco

  • Looking for a hard-working, results-driven, humble candidate with a background with a General Contractor in the SF Bay Area.

  • Represent the Company in a positive and professional way with Owners, Architects, General Contractors, Consultants, Subcontractors and Vendors.
  • Manage and guide financial aspects of the contract, review subcontracts and other budgetary categories, including oversight of monthly payment applications, and change orders.
  • Cultivate and maintain working relationships with clients, subconsultants, contractors, and subcontractors that lead to repeat partnership opportunities.
  • Work on preconstruction, project bidding and buyout, start-up, construction management and close-out.
  • Run meeting coordination, leadership, documentation and follow-up.
  • Communicate in a productive, professional and diplomatic manner at all levels.
