Opportunity 

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Senior Accountant (hybrid: onsite in Miami, FL + remote) will be a key partner to the executive leadership team in the execution of the company’s strategic growth and achievement of financial goals. We are seeking a highly driven professional to contribute to the building of a top-tier accounting infrastructure that will support One Care Pediatric Dental’s rapid growth. This individual will be involved in all aspects of the accounting process and will gain cross-functional exposure to the business. Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison for private equity sponsor
• Refine, perform, and own the monthly close process
• Deliver timely, accurate, and comprehensive financial reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
• Improve financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems, including KPI dashboards and weekly cash flow forecasts
• Participate in the planning, coordination, and implementation of the annual capital and operating budget process in, in conjunction with other members of the executive team
• Support acquisition and de novo expansion initiatives, including assisting with due diligence and integration processes
• Coordinate with operations to drive financial and operating improvements
• Support external audits

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 2 years in audit at a national public accounting firm plus a minimum of 1-2 years in the private sector
• High aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
• Advanced Excel and modeling skills
• Dental or healthcare industry experience is highly preferred
• Experience in a finance role for a PE-backed private company is a plus
