Active Family Wellness located in Fairfax, VA is seeking an Associate Doctor to join their clinic. In this position, you can expect:
- Individualized weekly training led by an elite mentor to obtain a mastery
- Biweekly mastermind training with other doctors and run by professional coaches
- Biweekly lunches to discuss growth, philosophy, and business acumen
- Paid travel to attend training and networking events
- Fun, quarterly team building outings
- A 4-day work week (Monday to Thursday)
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented clinician who is dedicated to providing ongoing care for patients in a friendly and approachable environment where individuals are valued, and genuine relationships are formed. Preference will be given to somebody who is eager to learn, grow, and participate in professional development, as well as integrate into a great team of people.
This position provides a competitive salary, health insurance, paid time off, and paid support for continuing education. They will also pay for all costs to obtain certifications in pediatric and pregnancy and any other certifications that are agreed upon. The successful candidate will also receive a sign on bonus of $5,000.

The clinic itself offers treatments for many ailments through specialized chiropractic care, and firmly believes that every single patient who walks in should fully understand their treatment options, care, and feel comfortable and at ease each time they visit.
Schedule
Monday: 7am - 7pm (usually lunch 1pm ish, every other week training w Drs 1:30-2:30pm, every other week Drs lunch education)
Tuesday: 7am - 3pm (eat lunch during training 1:30 - 2:30pm)
Wednesday: 11:30am - 7pm (11:30 team meeting 12:30 training 1:30 project time (eat lunch at office) 2:15 prehuddle)
Thursday: 7am - 7pm (1:00p - 2:40p lunch)
Three day weekend
