PARALEGAL - £20k - £35k + Bens (Opportunity to work from home)

Our client is currently searching for a Paralegal. The suitable candidate will have experience drafting Wills and be ambitious to gain promotion using those skills. Full training will be provided with available funding for further professional examinations/qualifications.

Outline responsibilities:

• The drafting of lifetime trusts (Specialist Probate);
• The drafting of associated Land Registry documents;
• Accessing the dedicated Land Registry Portal;
• Preparing Will Trusts;
• Preparing Wills associated with lifetime trusts (RNRB);
• Accessing and using Leap Legal Software to:
•   - Access client files;
•   - Record work done on client files;
•   - Access instructions/fact finds;
• Amending lifetime trusts, will trusts and associated wills where Client’s change their instructions;
• Preparing (template) letters of advice for trusts, will trusts and associated wills;
• Limited client contact – clarifications only
• Correspondence (email or written) relevant to roll – sending and receiving drafted documents etc.
