Duties

• Sourcing contract candidates in the Biotech, Pharmaceutical, Petrochemical, Construction, and Engineering industry.
• Qualifying and interviewing candidates.
• Maintain candidate database.
• Develop and maintain long term candidate relationships.

Requirements:

• College Degree – BA or BS preferred.
• A strong technical aptitude is preferred.
• 1 to 3 years’ experience in sourcing and recruiting.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Understanding of compensation guidelines, legal implications in hiring, and an understanding of relocation is a plus.
• Ability to juggle multiple requisitions at one time.
