At Blackmere, recruiters collaborate with both the client’s hiring teams and our internal recruitment leaders to develop innovative strategies for discovering the best talent around the world. 


We are looking for a bright, experienced, and dedicated technical recruiting and sourcing professional who is enthusiastic and motivated to help both clients and candidates find the best opportunities out there. 


We seek self-motivated performers who are not only results-focused and love the feeling of finding and matching the perfect candidate with the perfect new job, but who also respect and value the long-lasting relationships that comprise our business. 


REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least five years of recruiting experience within a technical agency, in-house recruiting team, or search firm
  • Driven mid-level and senior level technical recruiters and/or sourcers are encouraged to apply
  • Experience working with and building sourcing and marketing strategies with recruiters and hiring managers
  • Prior experience managing the full life cycle of the candidate recruitment process including how to source, network, screen, recruit, market, and close top-tier technology talent
  • Ability to assess candidate’s technical ability and identify their behavioral traits
  • Strong experience in salary negotiation. Formal training is a plus.
  • Experience utilizing traditional and non-traditional recruiting methodologies
  • Experience engaging and motivating passive candidates
  • Self-starter, motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and driven by deadlines and results
  • Proven experience meeting and exceeding individual and team quotas
  • BA/BS degree from an accredited four-year university is strongly preferred
