Job Summary

Participate in creating the strategic marketing plan and then deliver on the tactical implementation of the plan. Support communication across all business units, including sales, development and program services. Develop outreach materials and provide communication support, as needed. Be the primary person in charge of optimizing the Org’s presence across all e-commerce channels.


Responsibilities

·        Fully understand the marcom data and analyze it to make recommendations for adjustments to strategy and tactics.

·        Help to develop and then execute the company’s E-commerce Plan.

·        Coordinate marketing campaigns with Sales, Development and Program activities.

·        Manage Google AdWords (including Ad Grant) and other Paid Media Campaigns.

·        Manage Social Media Content and Calendar.

·        Manage email Marketing Content and Schedule.

·        Work closely with Designers, Developers and other Vendors on the Design, Management and Implementation of the Website, Marketing Collateral and Product Packaging Materials.

·        Hire and Manage Marketing Interns and/or Volunteers.

·        Manage the Website, including troubleshooting and updates.

·        Oversee Content Creation and manage Distribution of all marketing collateral via Print and Media.

·        Lead Annual Marketing Strategic and Tactical Planning Meeting.

·        Monitor and collect Data on marcom from Surveys, Website/Social Media Analytics and other research.

·        Report the effectiveness of marcom based on the data.

·        Work closely with Sales and other Directors to help determine Annual Budget for sales, contributed income revenue and expenses; then manage accordingly.

·        Maintain overall responsibility for Brand Management and Corporate Identity.

·        Support Communication with customers and bring Feedback and Insights to the team to foster Continuous Improvement.

·        Maintain in-office presence to interface regularly with the internal team and when needed, customers.

·        Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

·        Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field

·        Minimum of 2-5 years’ Marketing Experience related to the duties of this position

·        Expertise in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords and Paid Media

·        Skilled with Social Media Platforms

·        Previous experience with Online email, Event and Website Content Management Platforms (e.g., Eventbrite and Constant Contact)

·        Proficient with WordPress and WooCommerce (e-commerce platforms)

·        Familiar with Design Software such as Adobe Creative Cloud

·        Excellent Interpersonal, Problem-Solving and Written/Verbal Communication skills

·        Successfully works both Independently and Collaboratively

·        Strong skills in Microsoft Office 365 and other Databases

·        Ability to multi-task, manage when there’s pressure and meet commitments

·        Successfully manages people and projects to completion

·        Can work from organization’s central Denver location

·        Valid Driver’s License
