Atlassian Administrator


We are on a search for a stellar Atlassian Administrator on either a contract or contract-to-hire basis to help further secure over two million digital identities. It’s hard to know what’s safe in the digital world, and our client is on a mission to help each of us protect ourselves against threats such as identity theft, financial fraud, and more. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide daily support and troubleshooting for our current Atlassian cloud platform
  • Re-define corporate standards for JIRA and Confluence deployments
  • Work closely with the business units to refine existing workflows
  • Consult with the key stakeholders to build new workflows and integrations
  • Build advanced reporting and analytics processes
  • Manage core system configuration 
  • Orchestrate repeatable workflows
  • Audit and maintain a secure environment
  • Provide detailed design and as-built documentation for the platform
  • Recommend enhancements to the platform
  • Provide on-call support, which may require occasional off-hours work

Preferred Qualifications

  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle tough challenges with innovative thinking and determination
  • Exceptional troubleshooting abilities and experience with architectural patterns of large, high-scale applications
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively discuss technical issues with both technical and non-technical customers
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality technical documentation
  • Experience with research and development of Atlassian technologies
  • BS, MS or Ph.D. in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Seven plus years experience in Atlassian and specifically JIRA systems delivery experience

This is a full-time remote position that can be performed anywhere in the contiguous U.S. Hours are consistent with East Coast (start time 9:00 AM Eastern).
