What will your mission be

We are growing rapidly. It’s your mission to accelerate our growth.

Your success will be measured on revenue and your ability to build the processes and structure to scale up our (sales) organization. We are ambitious, and we want to double in revenue every year.

Where will you be based

We are a distributed company with employees in 17 different countries spread over 5 different continents. You chose your location as long as you are available in CET time zone working hours.

What we are looking for in you

  •  4-8 years of working experience in a business development role with tangible results or a proven track as a successful tech recruiter that wants to move to a dedicated sales role
  •  Worked in a professional sales/recruitment team before with multiple sales colleagues and experienced sales manager(s)
  •  Strong networker that sells based on relationships vs. transactional
  •  Successfully conducted sales in either the US, UK, Netherlands, or Germany
  •  Strong commercial mindset
  •  Self-starter and entrepreneurial
  •  Fluent in English, both in speaking and writing
  •  Open to traveling to clients and attending events


How will you be measured

You will be (end) responsible for bringing in new clients. Together we will develop a sales strategy, set your sales targets, and hold you accountable for executing these targets. This will be measured in revenue per quarter.

Your second KPI will be client satisfaction. You are also responsible for building long-lasting relationships with our clients and working closely with our Head of Sourcing, Recruitment, and Founders to ensure we constantly (over) deliver on (y)our promises.

Your third KPI will be your ability to build a scalable (sales) organization. You are responsible for setting up the right sales and delivery processes.
