• A proven track record of increasing business growth through managing a Distribution team
• Genuine desire to lead from the front and have a hands-on approach
• Extensive experience of running a sales function within Financial Services
• Problem solver with ability to deliver alternative, innovative and customer focused solutions through the distribution team
