One of the top 100 UK IFA’s is seeking an Independent Financial Adviser Administrator to provide support to a team of Independent Financial Advisers in their St Andrew’s office.


They are looking for someone with a proven track record within an IFA firm where experience of supporting Independent Financial Advisers in the past is desirable. You will need to be a strong team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both colleagues and clients. Our client has a strong focus on delivering a high quality of customer service which they pride themselves on.


The successful candidate will ideally be qualified with certificate in financial planning or equivalent and has the desire to progress to Diploma level 4 and have an ambition to succeed in a progressive and ambitious firm. You must be comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines and can use your own initiative as well as working without close supervision. Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office are also essential, and it would be desirable to have experience of relevant IFA back office systems and platforms


Responsibilities Include


  • Day to Day client and provider enquiries
  • Arranging meetings for the financial adviser
  • Preparing literature for client meetings, including reports and valuations
  • Inputting new business and maintaining client records on back office systems in line with company and FCA compliance regulations.
