Job title: Corporate Relationship Manager

Main purpose of the role

·        To develop commercially viable corporate relationships that support the strategic aims of the business

·        To ensure that new corporate relationships achieve agreed objectives for us and them

·        To raise our profile in the markets we work in

Key responsibilities and deliverables

·        Agree with the board our strategic aims from working with corporate opportunities. For example, which markets will be our initial focus and what are we trying to achieve and over what timeframe

·        Agree and implement a strategic plan of how we develop corporate businesses opportunities

·        Build relationships with corporate introducers and contacts

·        Agree how we will work alongside corporate relationships to benefit them and us

·        Ensure we can measure the work you do and the value you bring

·        Ensure you understand our business objectives, our products and how they are transacted to ensure you are able to help negotiate opportunities

·        Agree a budget with the board for the work you do and then ensure you work within it

·        Liaise with the board and then the other departments of the business to ensure you have the information you need to be successful

·        Always have a commercial focus, i.e. ensure you do not spend time on relationships that will not work or that don’t deliver on our objectives

·        Develop and use market knowledge and insights (for example, the park home or motorhome sectors)

·        Use LinkedIn and other tools to help you succeed in this role
