Responsible for preparing care plan estimations, maintaining and auditing accounts, importing transactions, working with clients face to face and over the phone to address financial questions. Regularly communicating with the treatment staff to provide accuracy and customer service in the financial department of our practice. As well as greeting practice members, answering phones and making appointments, accepting payments, and interacting with the treatment team.

What you will do
Due to the pandemic, the practice has experienced a significant drop in patients and the doctor is eager to get busy again with the right assistant. Experience scheduling appointments, front desk collections, verifying insurance, helping doctor with therapies, light, end of day office cleaning and maintenance, clerical duties, posting charges, processing claims, and following up on insurance denials is desired. Looking for a fast thinker with great patient skills who is self-motivated to be productive with projects and tasks from start to finish. The right candidate has the ability to manage daily tasks, meet deadlines, handle distractions well, great focus and attention to details and be adaptable to new responsibilities and procedural changes.

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break, Tuesdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM with a half-hour lunch, and Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
