Account Manager (Stamp Duty/Land Tax)

Our Client is well established and their expertise lies comprehensively as a specialist tax advisory company within both residential and commercial property portfolios. Due to their managed growth they are now looking to hire an energetic, friendly and experienced Account Manager who will actively promote their services through both generated leads and business development. You will know the sphere well, possibly coming from a property, financial, legal and/or accountancy background but wanting to push into a new and rising arena.

In brief:

• Our client is looking for an individual with an appetite to work in their fast paced and highly successful sales team.
• You will build strong relationships easily and maintain them to the highest degree, after all you will be responsible for every aspect of your client's portfolio, establishing tax savings for your client's.
• Working both individually and alongside the technical team, you'll have a strong understanding of property, tax, stamp duty and the needs of our business and certainly the clients.
• Excellent communication skills are key and you will be an all rounder when it comes to administration, organisation and customer service.

As the individual:

• Current knowledge of the property market with the tenacity to keep up to date with all changes and implementations
• Confident, ambitious and enthused individual with a driven outlook to always succeed (both in a Team and as an individual)
• Your background may be in either legal or accountancy looking to move into a more sales role
• You will have a gravitas behind you and be seen as either a rising star or someone considered to be an expert in their field
• Experience in estate agency, bridging, property finance or mortgages is required. Maybe you are currently working in Land Management or real estate. The experience absolutely needs to be in property!

Salary: £25,000 - £40,000* with an achievable OTE +£70,000
