🚀 What your mission will be
In your role as the Head of our RPO you will grow our Remote RPO team from 4 to 40 next year.
You will be responsible to hire your own team(s), create a strong performance culture, create the processes and structure to quickly scale your team(s) and help tech companies with their strategic questions regarding their recruitment process and tech talent. This is a very senior and entrepreneurial role with a lot of impact.
You will become a key player in the remote work revolution and will drive our mission to unlock the global talent market and create equal opportunities for everyone.

We are a fully remote company. You decide where and when you want to work. You need to be comfortable working on CET time zones.

🔍 What we are looking for
• 8+ years of working experience in tech recruitment and at least 2 years of experience in a management/leadership role with clear management experience
• Experience in hiring and managing teams in tech recruitment
• Very big plus if you have experience working in an RPO role
• Multiple years of experience working in a fast growing tech organization with clear and tangible achieved results
• Fluent in English both in speaking and writing
• Strong senior stakeholder management skills
• Experience or comfortable with working 100% remotely
• The drive and passion to build out your own international team
• This is a very entrepreneurial role whereby you will be growing your international team very quickly. An entrepreneurial and positive mindset are not a nice to have but a necessity to be successful.

Your biggest indicator of your success is your ability to scale your team with the right people and the client satisfaction that comes with it. This is only possible if you are able to hire the right talent, build the processes to grow your team across multiple disciplines and multiple geographies, while keeping a smile on everybody’s face.

We are currently working with our clients on 3 different models:
1. Sourcing as a Service – (tech) sourcers work dedicated for a client on a subscription based model
2. Recruitment as a Service (RPO) – (tech) recruiters work dedicated for a client on a subscription based model
3. Remote hiring – we help companies hire remote tech talent based on their time zone, tech requirements, salary expectations, and payroll & compliance preferences

🗓️ What your first 12 months will look like and what outcomes we expect you to hit
Your first month at MatcHR! Welcome! We have no time to waste. There is so much to do, so many opportunities and with your experience you can make an immediate impact.
We will get you up to speed as quickly as possible. We will show you how we successfully work for some of the most demanding tech companies in the world.
Together with our Founders you create our go to market strategy, create the strategic roadmap for the next 6 months ahead, create the org. chart of your team(s), define the KPI’s for your team and create the processes both internally and externally how to consistently, deliver outstanding results for our clients.
You don’t waste any time and together with our internal recruitment team you define the roles that you want to hire to grow your team right from the start.
Wow! What an impact you have made in your first month. Your drive, energy and execution power are an example for everyone. Your first new team members are already in their offer stage and it’s a matter of time before they start.
You have talked with our current clients and team to understand how we currently operate and you have already made several improvements. You presented and trained your current team in the way you want them to work. Together with our recruitment team you are actively hiring the best recruiters globally. At the end of your second month we will check whether you are on track on your six months plan and adjust accordingly.
Three months in already! Time flies 🚀. You will have successfully made your first hires by now and your success is celebrated with the team. The team is working according to the new operational framework you implemented and our client’s satisfaction level is going up. In your third month you will focus on the internal career and learning and development path for your team to provide enough growth opportunities for your team.
You are data driven and you monitor your team’s performance and help your team grow. No time to set back though, you make sure our current and new clients are off to a good start. You make sure that the onboarding of your new team members run smoothly and together with our internal recruitment team meet our hiring targets.
Depending on how quickly you have grown we will discuss your responsibilities for the next 6 months. We either expand in the market that you are operating in or we already look to open up a new market.
Your team will have grown to around 15-20 recruiters and you have created a flying wheel to double your team in the next six months.
You are a true advocate of remote work and you actively share your learnings regarding remote work with our clients and the overall community.

Wow! One year at MatcHR! We might be sipping some Pina Colada’s somewhere warm where you get a chance to meet the entire team on our annual offsite. You have seen our organization double in size and you have made a direct impact to make this happen. Your team has grown to around 40 across multiple countries and continents.
We all feel that this is just the beginning though! Together we the management team we discuss our strategy for the year after to see how we can unlock the global talent market and create equal opportunities for everyone.
