Senior GIS Developer

G2 Integrated Solutions (G2-IS) is actively seeking a Senior GIS Developer to create cutting edge desktop and web GIS applications in support of pipeline asset management. G2-IS helps pipelines, utilities, refineries, and other energy sector stakeholders manage risk, assure compliance, and optimize performance. We offer expertise in asset integrity, engineering, geospatial & enterprise asset management systems, field assurance, regulatory compliance, and strategic consulting.


  • Are a seasoned developer with ten or more years of experience in full life cycle software development
  • Have extensive hands-on experience authoring ArcMap extensions and add-ins, ArcGIS Pro add-ins, web apps, and/or Python toolboxes
  • Are comfortable with small development teams, Agile/Scrum development methods, and Git-based source code management
  • Enjoy working closely with your creative peers in a fun, collaborative environment
  • Have a bachelor’s degree in CIS or a related field from an accredited college or university (major course work in GIS is a plus)

Your Skills:

  • Required languages: Python, C#, JavaScript, SQL
  • Nice-to-haves: VB.NET, VB, Java, C/C++, TypeScript, etc.
  • APIs, SDKs, Frameworks: ArcPy, ArcGIS APIs for Python and JavaScript (4.x), ArcGIS Pro SDK, WPF, Node.js, Angular
  • Nice-to-haves: ArcREST, ArcGIS REST API, ArcObjects Esri Location Referencing (APR) and pipeline industry data models (UPDM, PODS, APDM);
  • Esri Utility Network
  • Extra credit: IBM Maximo Java development experience
