POSITION TITLE: Recruiting Database Administrator/Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as our lead recruiting Database Administrator. You will be responsible for keeping our recruiting systems up to date and accurate—supporting a team of 15 highly talented and professional recruiters.

  • Manage, clean, and maintain recruiting project data in our core system
  • Import data from other sources into our recruiting system
  • Publish job ads in various portals
  • Maintain recruiting metric data
  • Provide project administrative support to the recruiting team
  • Research and make recommendations on new tools and technologies
  • Attend scheduled meetings and provide data as needed
  • Special projects as assigned



  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to learn and adapt to the use of new technologies, applications, and workflows.
  • High Attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a changing work environment
  • Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Excel, Word
