Responsible for maintaining and auditing accounts, importing transactions, working with clients face to face and over the phone to address financial questions. Regularly communicating with the treatment staff to provide accuracy and customer service.

Our Practice is offering an opportunity to showcase your customer service and organizational skills. We are looking for a positive person with good people and communication skills and a passion for helping others through natural and holistic healthcare. You will be responsible for various administrative tasks in our office. 



What you need

●      Two year degree or more preferred but not required

●      Previous experience in customer service or administrative experience is preferred

●      Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Windows is preferred


What to know

●      18K to 22K per month

●      Must know English


Schedule

Monday 8am - 7:30pm

Tuesdays 10:30 - 4pm

Wednesdays 8am - 7:30pm

Thursdays 10:30 - 7:30pm

Friday 8am - 2pm
