IFA Administration Manager
About the team:
An exciting opportunity to join the Intermediary Services Team, which forms part of my clients IFA Sales Team. The Intermediary Services Team is responsible for onboarding and servicing Independent Financial Advisers (“IFAs”), as well as providing the foundation of the IFA Sales Team across all areas of its activities.
My clients IFA Sales team is a key growth area for the firm, with targets to grow IFA-originated client assets over the coming years. This dynamic team is being positioned for significant growth over the next 3 years so this is a key hire for my client.
What will you be doing?
The IFA Administration Manager will be responsible for two direct reports within the Intermediary Services Team. The primary responsibilities of this team of three will be to:
You will work closely with the whole IFA Sales Team (both individually and as a group), Compliance, Operational Risk, Financial Crime, Legal, Client Onboarding and Database teams.
You will form a deep understanding of my clients internal processes and its approach to managing IFA relationships.
This role is both broad in scope and critical to the efficient and successful operation of my clients IFA sales channel. Ultimately, your team will be expected to manage the IFA Sales Team's operations efficiently and accurately, in order to maximise the IFA Sales Team's ability to grow IFA relationships and IFA-originated AUM.
