Job Description

Our client, a rapidly growing, international software company which helps businesses with their human resources management, is hiring an Implementation Manager. The ideal candidate is a team player who is ready to make the role their own and bring their own ideas and innovations to the table. Reporting to the Director, Client Success, this person will be supporting the Client Success team with meeting milestones and goals for their clients. As an Implementation Manager, you are responsible for client onboarding assignments, both internally and with clients. You have a passion for customer satisfaction, a blend of technical and people skills, a drive for excellence, and a focus on project management. Additionally, you can effectively navigate objections to do whatever it takes to deliver results. 

Key Responsibilities

·        Project manage throughout the client onboarding & solution implementation journeys with attention to detail, organization of information, vigilant follow up, and steady communication.

·        Accountable for client satisfaction as it relates to meeting milestones and goals.

·        Manage expectations and understanding by establishing clear timelines and managing documentation requirements.

·        Demonstrate creative problem solving and solid judgment.

·        Ownership, escalation, and resolution of risks & issues in a timely manner.

·        Contribute to the company’s product development and improvement processes.

·        Ensure timelines are met by partnering with internal departments and stakeholders and holding them accountable to meet project dependencies and commitments.

·        Accurately document, track, and report onboarding projects.
