The Performance Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for the management of digital accounts and diversifying the channel mix using paid social channels. This role will be to drive conversions at optimal costs per acquisition. While managing sub regional marketing trend analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating and executing a strong performance regional marketing strategy & execution plan
  • Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
  • Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
  • Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
  • Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
  • Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
  • Regularly review multi-channel analytics reports (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website, Blog) and recommend optimization action plans to sales and marketing team
  • Conduct regular conversion rate optimization audits and execute A/B tests, user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands' digital channels and assets

About You

  • 6-8 years of experience in a quantitative data driven field. 4-year degree.
  • Knowledge of ad technologies and research techniques (how they work and how to troubleshoot) as well knowledge of customer measurement.
  • Experience with concepts of database design and SQL including thorough knowledge of Mongo Db and/or Elastic Search as well as JSON/BSON data structure.
  • Highly proficient with Excel and PowerBi. Familiarity with Tableau and Qlikview preferred.
  • Experience/familiarity with digital ad effectiveness research. Experience/familiarity in SAS, SPSS, R or other advanced analytics software packages.
