Job Description


Our client, a rapidly growing, international software company which helps businesses with their human resources management, is hiring a Sales Development Representative. As a founding contributor on the Sales Development Team, this person will be responsible for developing key business opportunities by establishing connections, setting meetings, and coordinating demos for the greater organization. This is a high impact position that helps support client relationships and revenue growth. This person will be partnering closely with the Sales & Marketing teams to identify future clients and will be responsible for generating qualified prospects through channels such as: cold calling, emailing, social selling and networking. This role will work closely with all divisions of the Elements team and will report to the Sales Development Lead.


Key Responsibilities:



·        Identifying sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, social selling, and other methods for prospecting

·        Educate leads on our product and solutions and nurture them until they are qualified and ready to talk with a Sales Director

·        Utilize our CRM and supporting tools to build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects, and accurately report and track all data

·        Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams to help drive revenue opportunities

·        Meet and exceed goals by hitting daily/weekly/monthly KPI’s

·        Lastly, bring your ideas and creativity to help develop new strategies and processes
