Roles & Responsibilities

·      Foster an environment of teamwork, compliance and continual improvement

·      Adhere to the Company's objectives, i.e. Safety, Quality, Environmental and Information Security

·      Ensure compliance with departments’ standard procedures

·      To assist project execution team in clerical tracking duties including:

o  Track drawing updates ad transmittal movements

o  Transmit/receive items and keep log

o  Track and report dates for pic engineering & vendor

o  Data entry of information to share between project parties (Client & Vendors)

·      Prepare initial drawing list

·      Confirm dates with vendor on all drawing to be submitted based on the drawing list

·      Update drawing list with vendor drawing number and client drawing number

·      Get final approval of drawing list

·      Follow on pending submission and expedite client and vendor for the drawings

·      Forward all technical clarifications

·      Track and maintain list of changes (ECN, Change Order, etc.) from customer/client

·      Track and maintain deviation information from vendor

·      Add outstanding pending clarification or unanswered drawing updates to aging report

·      Log in to Supplier Portal to track drawing submissions and update the drawing list

·      Update drawing list to reflect approved drawings

·      Make sure all drawings in the list have been approved and closed

·      Check and confirm that all team members have the same revisions from the drawing list

·      Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice

Requirements

  • Presentation & communications skills
  • Proficient in the use of MS Excel, Word & Projects. Smart Sheet a plus.
  • Exposure to a Doc Control system software would be a plus (Documentum, Adept, etc.)
  • Ability to multi-task and switch roles as required
  • College degree (or in progress with some work history), or HS diploma with 5 yrs experience in manufacturing
  • Ability to work outside of office hours

Preferred Skills

·      Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel, PPT and Word tools
