Established in 1997, Greensleeves Care is a charitable organization focused on providing high-quality care and running a sustainable and thriving family of homes. This means care fees fund care, not shareholder profits. Any surplus generated is reinvested into their services to continually improve the residents' experience.

Named among the best care groups for seven consecutive years, Greensleeves Care is now seeking an experienced and dedicated Chair for their Board of Trustees.

As the new Chair, you will join the organization at a crucial time, providing strategic leadership to Greensleeves Care. You will galvanize their already committed and participative Board and highly experienced Leadership Team. You will also be instrumental in taking Greensleeves Care into its next phase of growth and impact, bringing the foresight, clear-eyed judgment, cultural intelligence, and commercial acumen needed to achieve their strategic goals.
