DOWAT is seeking a new CFO who is a qualified accountant with a strong financial background and strategic leadership skills. Candidates should either have experience of the MAT sector or be able to articulate how they would translate their experience to the MAT space and speak of the value they bring from a different sector. The CFO will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction, financial planning, and resource management of the Trust. You will be responsible for providing financial and system leadership, delivering strategic insights and analysis to directors, colleagues, governors, and wider stakeholders.
