Location: Home based with occasional travel

Salary: £70,000 – £82,500

Magic Breakfast provides healthy breakfasts to children and young people in the UK who arrive at school too hungry to learn, and expert support to their schools. For over 20 years, we’ve provided nutritional breakfasts in schools – making sure every vulnerable child and young person feels included and ready to learn. Today, the demand for our services is higher than ever, so we have evolved. We continue to support those in need right now but we’re also working to eliminate hunger in the classroom once and for all.

We are seeking a Director of Operations to join our fantastic team at Magic Breakfast and help us to deliver on our vision and enable even greater impact for children and young people. This is a critical role in the senior leadership team, bringing commercial experience and strategic leadership to Magic Breakfast’s national school breakfast service delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and sustainability of our services at scale with the flexibility and innovation required to deliver impact for children and young people.

We are looking for a values driven leader who will coach, inspire and develop the team. We need an individual who will be a strong communicator, someone who is able to problem solve and develop innovative, solutions to complex problems.
