Finance Manager Job Description

Duties and responsibilities include:

·        Maintaining and updating financial records such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

·        Ensures that all financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with accounting principles and regulations

·        Reviewing franchisee monthly financial reports and ensuring they are compliant.

·        Managing financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and billing for headquarters office.

·        Ensure that payments are processed accurately and on time, and that all financial transactions are properly recorded and documented.

·        Budgeting and forecasting, help develop and maintain the budgets and provide financial forecasts and reports to management to support decision-making.

·        Prepare financial reports for senior management, yearly audit, and Franchise Disclosure Document.

Requirements for Success:

·        Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or relevant work experience

·        5+ years of accounting experience

·        QuickBooks Online experience is required

·        Advanced Excel skills is required

·        Salesforce experience is preferred

·        Strong analytical skills

·        Attention to detail

·        Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and senior leadership

·        Self-motivated

·        Expert excel skills
