Client Service Associate Job Posting:

 

An established Wealth Management team is seeking an experienced Client Service Associate to join their growing practice. This key role will be responsible for managing the implementation process of investment programs as well as the implementation process of insurance programs that have been mutually agreed upon. This role will also provide ongoing customer service to new and existing clients while having some exposure to the financial planning side of the business.

 

Some of the core responsibilities for this role will include:

·        Provide in-depth service to existing clients by responding to their inquiries and proactively identifying service needs.

·        Maintain calendar, manage emails, and schedule follow-up appointments. Answer and direct telephone calls as appropriate.

  • Perform day-to-day service-related tasks for the investment operations side of the business. This includes but is not limited to processing cashiering related requests, preparing and processing all paperwork, coordinating with the home office regarding supervision task, etc.

·        Assist with the preliminary phases of the financial planning process including requesting client documents and following up with clients to ensure requested information is gathered in a timely manner.

·        Manage underwriting for clients by preparing, submitting, and monitoring the application process for life, disability, long-term care insurance and annuities.

·        Maintain all marketing programs, including client events, social media, marketing materials and client communication.

 

Preferred skills for a successful candidate include:

·        Willing to obtain Georgia Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license within first 12-Amonths.

·        Excellent communication skills

·        Organizational skills

·        Strong problem-solving skills

·        Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Zoom

·        Opportunity to obtain Securities Industry Essentials® (SIE®) Exam, Series 7 – General Securities Representative Exam, & Series 66 – Uniform Combined State Law Exam
