Administrative Assistant / Receptionist

 

·       Assist with office coordination and daily management.

·       Daily walk through to ensure facility is orderly.

·       Mailing and emailing (scanning) invoices to customers.

·       Reconciling of freight bills. 

·       Looking up filed invoices and paperwork when necessary.

·       Filing.

·       Update customer contact info as needed.

·       Access to postage and label machine.

·       Answering phones and directing calls.

·       Taking and directing guests upon arrival.

·       The receiving and distributing of mail and packages.

·       Kitchen duties - dishwasher and keeping supplies stocked.

·       Keeping refrigerator stocked with water in conference room.

·       To perform other duties or projects as assigned.
