Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator



Temporary/Contract Role


Location: Alpharetta, GA


Work Schedule: Hybrid, 4 days in office & 1 day remote



Summary:

The Sr. Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for providing talent acquisition by working with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and external vendors to support the company's talent management needs. As a key member of the Talent Management Team, the Sr. Talent Acquisition Coordinator creates a positive candidate experience by managing the flow of candidates through the recruitment process, from scheduling interviews to pre-employment testing and screening, to scheduling new employees for orientation and support for orientation and onboarding programs. In addition, the Sr. Talent Acquisition Coordinator will network internally and externally to stay abreast of trending and best practices to provide recommendations for improvements in the candidate experience. Will also be responsible for various administrative duties. Conducts daily work in compliance with company safety policies and procedures. Demonstrates company core values of Respect, Accountability, Integrity, Safety, and Excellence in completing work assignments



Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma required, Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of talent acquisition/recruiting experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Experience with Workday and LinkedIn preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
