As the Sr. IT Business Support Planning Manager, you’ll be enthused by leading special projects for the Global Security Organization, tracking a 60+ million-dollar budget, and managing project funding along with program managers and finance.

·       Lead special projects for the Chief Information Security Officer

·       Lead the workforce evolution program supporting the development of the organizations talent strategy working closely with the Head of Global Security Transformation

·       Track ongoing performance through review of monthly reporting and analysis of financial results with leaders to identify opportunities to help drive greater efficiencies and forecast accuracy

·       Plan, monitor and manage project funding from initiation to completion with minimal supervision

·       Support Finance in the development of end-to-end financial planning and forecasting (monthly, quarterly, annual and multi-year)

·       Improve departmental operational transparency into current business operations

·       Create ad-hoc analyses and business cases to influence investment decisions and business strategy

·       Collaborate closely with business partners to implement and execute scalable processes for tracking and managing funding requests

·       Lead the month-end-close process, collaborating closely with our corporate finance and accounting teams

·       Track ongoing performance through review of monthly reporting and analysis of financial results with leaders to identify opportunities to help drive greater efficiencies and forecast accuracy

·        

Experience:

·       5 years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree;

·       Experience managing multiple projects

·       Experience with Agile development methodology

·       Experience managing a multi-million dollar budget

 

Preferred Experience:

·       PMP Certification

·       Proven knowledge of financial systems and tools like VBA or SQL

·       Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)

·       Proven knowledge of accounting and finance principles

·       MBA, Masters in Finance, Masters in Accounting
