About the Role:

-      As a Director of Process Automation, you will be responsible for driving The Company efforts in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other automation tools.

-      You will define, implement, and manage the strategy for a successful Process Automation delivery, closely collaborating with business partners to develop and understand their business processes and deliver automated solutions.

-      The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a balance of business acumen, RPA experience and successful application delivery.

-      The Process Automation Director will lead RPA implementations across The Company.

-      The candidate will grow the Process Automation organization by partnering with business counterparts to add additional automation frameworks.


Preferred Candidates will have experience with the following:

·     Ability to influence up, down, and across the organization

·     Direct reports, peers, product managers, and senior leadership within IT and Business areas

·     Ability to inspire, lead, define vision and strategy, and organizational change

·     Strong executive communication skills- Communicate complex issues to all levels

·     Strategic thinker- Ability to break down complex and ambiguous problems

·     Ability to create and drive a strategic roadmap to grow the Process Automation footprint across The Company

·     Operational excellence

·     Ability to identify areas of opportunity and address them

·     Develop and fine tune OKRs for application delivery

·     Assessing and leading complex process change

·     Vendor relationship

·     Strong experience managing technology supplier relations and agreements

·     Effective oral and written communication skills as well as positive, customer

·     -focused interpersonal skills and attitude

·     2+ years of experience managing RPA technologies (Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism)

·     A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other related engineering discipline

·     10+ years managing an application engineering team

·     Proven track building long-term, strategic relationships with key Business stakeholders - Demonstrated expertise building an A team

·     Hands-on experience in development and solving complex problems

·     Ability to demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and create a collaborative climate.

·     Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

·     Strong knowledge of programming and OOP principles

·     Leading team to deliver projects using CI/CD (Continuous Integration & Delivery) techniques

·     Experience utilizing SDLC - Experience implementing solutions using Agile/Kanban/Iterative delivery

·     Implementation experience with SAAS/PAAS based solutions

·     Prior experience with regulated financial organizations
