Contract Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter who is interested in a 3 to 4 month contract assignment.   


The right person for this job will be able to:

  • Aggressively source and actively manage candidates
  • Organize and manage the interview process
  • Organize job fairs, hiring events, and participate in other job-sourcing opportunities
  • Work with the benefits and payroll departments to successfully onboard new talent


Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Experienced in managing proactive recruiting programs
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint


Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field or at least two years of full cycle recruiting experience
  • Fluency in Spanish or French is a plus
  • PHR or SHRM-CP a plus
