Project Coordinator, Remote

Responsibilities to include:

Coordination of Academic offering post launch process, including sending cross functional surveys, facilitating feedback meetings, consolidating feedback and preparing in a post launch report

Implementing lessons learned from post launch reports into Program Launch & Continuous Improvement (PLCI) standard work, including work instructions, Smartsheet project plan templates and Sharepoint site content/links /references

Following-up on project plan task progress and completion for Concepts, Proposals and Charters to ensure steady progress to completion

Reviewing business documents for continuity, grammar, spelling before publishing for Intake committee approvals

Coordinating the review and signature process for Proposals and Charters, through MS Outlook emails, Teams and Sharepoint communications

Monitoring project submission triggers across all Colleges and initiating project templates / structure for PLCI project kick-off into Concept
