Responsibilities:

·     Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, attracting top talent that aligns with our organization's values and goals. Leverage your expertise to source, assess, and select candidates, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience that sets the stage for success.

·     Employee Engagement and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Foster a culture of open communication, recognition, and personal growth, cultivating a workplace where employees feel valued, connected, and inspired.

·     Performance Management: Oversee performance management processes, working closely with managers to set clear expectations, provide feedback, and facilitate professional growth. Drive a performance-driven culture that promotes excellence and individual development.

·     HR Policy and Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that adhere to legal requirements and industry best practices. Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies, fostering a fair and inclusive work environment.

·     Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and support on various HR matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans. Cultivate positive employee relations and foster a harmonious work environment.

·     Training and Development: Identify training needs and design comprehensive programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities, empowering employees to reach their full potential.

·     HR Data and Reporting: Utilize HR systems to collect, analyze, and report HR metrics and data. Provide insightful analysis and reports to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement in HR initiatives.
