The Company is one of the fastest growing and best performing banks in the US, and as such is in the midst of reshaping its technology strategy to support the rapid growth and scaling of the business. This includes fostering technological innovation to drive efficiency, improving client experience and developing a disciplined focus on operational rigor and regulatory adherence. The bank is already well along the way on transition to agile delivery methodologies and is in earlier stages of adopting an API-first technology strategy and a focused effort to bring the organization to the public cloud. Amidst this, The Company is looking to hire a new Global Head of Technology Infrastructure who will play the key leadership role in ensuring that the bank runs a highly available, reliable, resilient, and scalable infrastructure environment in a cost effective, efficient manner.
