What will you be doing?

·      Own, manage and set the direction for DevOps

·      Make impactful decisions affecting DevOps and the company

·      Work on greenfield projects that are going to be used

·      Contribute to Security Policies, Standards, Guidelines, and Controls to ensure the protection of company and customer data, and proactive risk management

·      Monitor and manage cloud and physical infrastructure solutions for optimal uptime, availability, and scalability

·      Collaborate with Development Team for architectural and code deployment solution improvements

·      Oversee and act as technical escalation for all customer support issues to help provide the best possible customer support experience

·      Ensure appropriate and cost-effective IT solutions needed to deliver services

·      Research and recommend new technologies/solutions for future tools and processes

·      Build tooling

What are the minimum qualifications?

·      Senior-level skills at the DevOps operations level

·      Linux administration experience, including account management, configuration management

·      3+ years of Azure Cloud infrastructure experience

·      Background in cloud-based networking and security solutions

·      Experience with Azure tools or open-source software such as Terraform, Ansible, or SaltStack

·      Containerized solutions, including Docker and Kubernetes

·      Building efficient clusters using Azure Kubernetes Service/AKS and Helm Charts

·      Database experience in SQL and MySQL, or Postgres

·      Remote systems administration

·      Background in Python or other scripting languages

·      Intermediate to advanced networking experience

·      An ability to take ownership and assume responsibility for solving challenging problems
