We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic and resourceful communications analyst who has passion for being a part of and driving employee engagement for a technology organization that is transforming!

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·       Lead a technology community of practice to define, align and deliver a technology communication plan with key objectives defined and measured. 

·       Develop and deliver effective communication content focused on our technology transformation journey.

·       Contribute to and support the build of key communication strategies for respective delivery channels including, but not limited to intranet, email, presentations and others.

·       Align with supporting organizational communication strategies to ensure messaging within Technology and outside of Technology is aligned and elevated as appropriate.

·       Lead a technology community of practice to define, align and deliver a technology communication plan with key objectives defined and measured. 

Qualifications/Skills 

·       Experience building communications for an organization undergoing a transformation.

·       Strong Communication Skills

·       Knowledge and experience with communications in a transforming organization, including Cloud Transformation Strategies, Technology Operations, Technology Delivery, and Agile.

·       Comfortable working in Ambiguity

·       Skilled at building relationships and partnerships

·       Experience and comfortable working in matrixed organizations
