We are currently in search of an exceptional Principal Human Resources Business Partner to join our renowned Semiconductor facility, nestled in the sun-kissed city of Phoenix, Arizona. Key Responsibilities: As a seasoned Principal Human Resources Business Partner, your role will encompass:

Strategic Leadership: As the Principal HR Business Partner, you will be a cornerstone of HR excellence, spearheading strategic HR initiatives.

Collaborative Meetings: Lead weekly meetings with respective business units to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Advisory Expertise: Provide expert guidance to line management, department heads, and directors, offering HR solutions and counsel when needed.

Data-Driven Innovation: Analyze HR trends and metrics, partnering with the HR group to develop innovative solutions, programs, and policies.

Employee Relations: Skillfully manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting comprehensive and objective investigations.

Legal Compliance: Maintain an in-depth understanding of legal requirements, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance, collaborating with the legal department when necessary.

Performance Enhancement: Offer day-to-day performance management guidance to line management, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.

Employee Engagement: Foster improved work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention, working closely with management and employees.

Policy Mastery: Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation, ensuring consistency and clarity in application.

Talent Management: Play a key role in business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning, contributing to organizational growth and development.

Training and Development: Identify training needs for business units and provide individual leadership coaching, actively participating in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs.

Data Mastery: Proficiently handle data organization and reporting through the creation of graphs, PowerPoints, tables, and spreadsheets.

Cultural Bridging: Exhibit adaptability and a knack for bridging cultural gaps in our challenging, fast-paced environment.

Office-Based Role: Your responsibilities will primarily require you to work in our office environment.

Additional Duties: Undertake other HR-related duties as assigned.

 

Minimum Qualifications: To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Educational Background: Possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a closely related field. A Master's degree is a significant advantage.

Extensive Experience: Bring a wealth of 8+ years of Human Resources experience to the table.

Industry Insight: Ideally, have at least 4+ years of Human Resources experience within the Semiconductor industry and Manufacturing industry.

International Travel: Be prepared for occasional international travel, including business trips to Taiwan for up to 3 months.

Language Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in both oral and written communication in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an impressive addition.

Excel Proficiency: Be well-versed in advanced Microsoft Excel concepts, with the ability to create advanced tables, charts, formulas, and visual data representations.

Physical Agility: Comfortably handle the demands of the office environment, including long periods of sitting, standing, and occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs.

Flexible Work Hours: Adapt to variable or extended work hours when required, averaging around 50 hours per week to meet business needs.

 

Screening: Successfully pass a thorough background check and drug screening.

Travel: Anticipate approximately 15% travel, including international trips.
