The Receptionist duties are:

 

  • Greet guests and notify the employee of their arrival 
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and transfer to the correct individual, we as that they stay on the line to ensure the employee answers and if not ask the person if they want to be transferred to some else, leave a voice message, or have a message given to the employee. 
  • Mail: they receive and distribute incoming packages and mail and stamp/print postage for out going mail. 
  • Other administrative tasks that can be completed at the front desk and not interfere with answer the telephone or greeting guests.


Client needs a temporary Receptionist with the possibility to go permanent starting on Monday, August 16th. The hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm with an hour for lunch. They will receive 50 minutes of overtime to ensure their computer is open and the telephone system is turned on. Client will pay competitive hourly depending on the individuals skills and ability. This position could move into a permanent full-time position.
