Currently, for our client, a company specializing in use blockchain technology we are looking for a Business Development Manager.


Responsibilities:

● Deliver Client's unique value proposition to European prospects.

● Manage a full-cycle sales process and consistently deliver against yearly quota.

● Maintain and grow a pipeline of opportunities across multiple market segments.

● Achieve specific sales targets for new and follow-on opportunities.

● Understand the complex and varied needs of the customer and present compelling ROI based customer proposals.

● Be the voice of the customer to the DoxyChain organization.


Our expectations:

● Experience strategically selling in technology business is required.

● High-energy, self-starting individual who has proven sales success and will thrive in a team environment.

● Demonstrated success selling innovative (tech) products.

● Excellent technical understanding of software.

● Confidence and experience to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.

● Outstanding presentation, facilitation, communication and negotiation skills.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interface with all levels of professionals

● Proficient English and Polish written and verbal fluency is required.


We are offering:

● Fixed monthly base + bonuses depending on the result (no upper limit). Bonus applies to both new business and upsell deals.

● Bonus for meeting the annual target.
