For our BD Team, we are looking for Business Development Manager



Responsibilities:


  • Ownership of the sales process from prospecting to executing commercial contracts
  • Working closely with executive team members to move sales processes into signed deals across the region.
  • Active acquisition of new customers (B2B) in accordance with the adopted sales plan
  • Independent building of the Client base and market research in the company's area of operation
  • Conducting sales meetings with potential Clients and presenting recruitment services
  • Negotiating contracts/orders for cooperation with potential Clients
  • Building long-term relationships with clients
  • Cooperation with other departments of the company, especially the recruitment department in order to implement the acquired orders
  • 99% remote sales, 1% stationary




Requirements (must have):


  • You have min. 2 years of experience in selling B2B services (e.g. in a startup organization and/or SaaS, IT, HR products/services) from the first contact with the client to the finalization of the contract
  • You know how to build your lead base and systematically work on it
  • Your sales methods include a focus on diagnosing customer needs and responding to them with value/benefit language
  • You are able to conduct sales presentations both online and in person
  • You are comfortable with CRM and other sales tool
  • You are clear in the pursuit of your goal
  • Knowledge of the HR industry and an understanding of the specifics of recruitment services is welcome




The offer

  • Salary PLN 4 000 - 7 000 + supercharged bonus B2B contract
  • Sales commission (uncapped)
