We're on the hunt for a proactive, results-driven professional to spearhead our efforts in enlisting Polish online sellers and catapulting their growth within Poland and across Europe.

As an Account Manager for our client, you'll be the driving force behind new business acquisition. Dive into sales and traffic data to unearth golden opportunities for Polish sellers. Guide them from the initial handshake to the thrill of their first sale on our client's platform, and beyond, as they scale up nationally and internationally. Your role is crucial in nurturing relationships, simplifying the complex, and fostering a thriving marketplace.

  Responsibilities: Your Blueprint for Success


  • Onboard and empower new Polish business partners within our client's Marketplace.
  • Cultivate robust relationships, easing partners through registration, product launches, and global programs like Prime and FBA.
  • Equip partners with the knowledge to master our client's suite of tools, ensuring their independence in managing their online presence.
  • Drive business and financial targets, propelling the ascent of our client’s third-party business in select realms.
  • Innovate and implement scalable solutions to enhance the Marketplace for all sellers.
  • Collaborate with global teams, sharing insights and spearheading projects to elevate the customer and seller journey.

  Qualifications:


  • Bilingual fluency in English and Polish.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill complexity into clarity.
  • A sharp analytical mind, adept in Excel and data analysis.
  • A persuasive negotiator and confident decision-maker in dynamic settings.
  • Organized, results-focused, and comfortable with ambiguity.


  Attributes:



  • A track record of academic excellence; a Master’s Degree is a bonus.
  • Background in retail, technology, or e-commerce is advantageous.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools.
