We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and organized individual to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming leads, answering all incoming calls and emails, and providing exceptional service for our high-end Window Cleaning business. Additionally, as an Account Manager, you will oversee the operation of our office and manage a team member working in our call center.


As our Account Manager, you will need to exhibit excellence in articulating ideas clearly, listening actively, and adapting communication style to meet the needs of sophisticated customers. If you thrive in a fast-paced work environment and have experience in luxury customer service or have worked in industries catering to high-end clientele, such as hospitality, luxury retail, or real estate this office position is for you!


This office position is responsible for much of the sales in our call center. You will handle all incoming leads and convert them into a sale.



Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming leads and inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses
  • Handling all inside sales calls and emails
  • Answer all incoming calls and emails, providing accurate information and resolving customer issues
  • Coordinate with technicians when necessary to address customer concerns or provide support
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the call center during the spring season
  • Train and supervise a team member working in the call center
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Exceptional leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both our high-end customers and our staff
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
  • Experience in managing a team or leading a group is a plus
