Our fleet washing business is seeking a General Labor Lead to join our team and help us keep our customers' vehicles looking their best. As the General Labor Lead, you'll oversee a variety of general labor tasks, including pressure washing, detailing, and cleaning trucks and heavy equipment. You'll ensure that your team of skilled laborers is equipped with the tools and knowledge they need to complete each job efficiently and effectively. You'll work closely with management to coordinate schedules, assign tasks, and ensure that each job is completed to our high standards. Tasks:
Drive trucks to job sites
Wash Trucks
Maintain quality standards and manage your crews to work efficiently
Accountable for all work performed on the truck
Enter job info and notes into the software
Compensation:
$18-$20/hr

Work Schedule: 5 days a week. The schedule will vary. We operate 7 days a week. Weekends are a must! Eventually, we can stagger shifts so everyone gets a weekend off
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Authorized to work in the USA
The ability to physically do all aspects of this job
Must be able to work weekends
Will need to take a DOT physical
